Asphalt Mixture Cutting Machine

TBTASQ-1 Asphalt Mixture Cutting Machine is used to cut asphalt specimen for Asphalt Mixture Bending Test, Asphalt Mixture Shearing Strength Test and Asphalt Mixture Uniaxial Compression Dynamic Modulus Test.

It adopts waterproof motor, rigid steel frame, can perform good cutting stability with high accuracy and smooth surface.

1. Composed by steel main unit and electronic control box;

2. Select suitable diamond saw blade according to asphalt specimen strength and grade;

3. Adopts high precision transmission system to ensure the cutting accuracy with the range of 0.15~0.2mm;

4. Double saw blade design, blade feeding speed adjustable;

5. Changing different clamps can cut different types of asphalt specimen, easy operating;
